POSTAGE
All postage will be on a next day delivery service with ParcelForce where deliveries will require a signature on receipt. All UK purchases from £1 - £49 will be charged £4 postage while any purchases £50 and over will be free.

For all international delivery a flat fee of £10 will be added. Please note that the buyer will be asked to pay this charge after the initial purchase as this cannot be processed automatically
 
PURCHASES 
All online purchases and delivery fees are in pounds sterling. All transactions are completley secure through PayPal. This will require you to follow the register protocol but it will offer complete confidence in purchasing online. Once registered, you will see a padlock symbol on the bottom right of browser which ensures all tranactions are secure and details will only be seen at elementsclothing.co.uk.

The contract of purchase is only valid once the order has been dispatched.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
Elementsclothing.co.uk is happy to exchange, offer store credit or a full refund on goods bought online within 7 days of receipt. If the garment(s) is unsuitabe please return the item(s) to us in immaculate condition with all swing tickets and tags attached alongside proof of purchase. We can only offer a credit note if goods are returned after the seven day period. Please note that we cannot take responsibility for goods being returned to elementsclothing.co.uk via post until they reach us. Ensure that you use a delivery service that insures to the value of the garment and will be signed for on receipt. We cannot refund postage on returned goods.
